W.P.(C) 10337/2026 & CM APPL. 47862/2026 3. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: “a. Issue directions in the nature of Writ of Mandamus [or any other suitable Writ thereby directing the respondents to consider the representation cum request dated 21.05.2026 made by the petitioner on merits by affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. And/or; b. Pass necessary orders, thereby quashing / setting aside the order dated 17.04.2026 passed by Ld. SEE in File no. DPCC-J/2/2026-CMC1-DPCC being in violation of Principle of Natural Justice of ‘Audi Alterem partem’, in so far as petitioner and its premises bearing B-80, Phase-II, Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi-110028.” This is a digitally signed order. The case of the petitioner is that it is the lawful occupant of premises No. B-80, Phase-II, Naraina Industrial Area, Delhi under a registered sub- lease dated 29.11.2023. It is stated that the DPCC has passed an order dated 17.04.2026 without any notice or without mentioning the name of the petitioner. It is further stated that the officials have begin threatening disconnection of electricity/water at the petitioner's premises based on this unrelated order dated 26.04.2026. The petitioner’s grievance is that its representation dated 21.05.2026 has again gone unanswered and the officials attempted to disconnect the water and electricity connection on 22.07.2026. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, and the fact that the petitioner’s representation has remained pending since 21.05.2026 without any hearing, it is directed that the present writ petition be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and will be decided within a period of six weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner. 6. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court. 7. In the meantime, the electricity and water connection of the petitioner shall not be disconnected without following the due process of law. 8. With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 9. The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. DR.
