The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 358 of 2024 arising out of Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 9 of 2024 corresponding to G. R. No. 513 of 2024. It has been alleged that on 01.02.2024, some unknown persons had fired at the informant and his associates due to which a friend of the informant had sustained injury and had subsequently died. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been put up in the test identification parade. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion and several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B.A. Nos. 9599 of 2024, 1972 of 2025 and 1945 of 2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the case of the petitioner appears to be similarly situated to that of the co-accused persons who have been granted bail by this court as noted above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Jamshedpur in connection with S.
