The petitioners have filed the instant petition seeking the following reliefs: “Quash FIR No. 734/2022, dated 15/09/2022 and the consequent charge sheet, registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at P.S. Burari;” 4. It appears that the marriage of the petitioner no.1 was solemnised with respondent no.2 on 21.04.2019.
