Vide order dated 28.08.2025 of this Court, despite repeated calls, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this Court had dismissed ACQA No.945/2024 for want of prosecution. 4. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that his non- appearance on 28.08.2025 is bonafide and unintentional. It is prayed by him that ACQA No.945/2024 may be restored to its original number. 5. Taking into consideration the submission and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore ACQA No.945/2024. 6. Prayer for restoration of the appeal is allowed and ACQA No.945/2024 is restored to its original number subject to deposit of Rs.1,000/- before the High Court Legal Aid Committee within seven working days from today. 7.
