The earlier bail application of the applicant i.e. BAIL APPL. 2040/2026 was taken up on 07.07.2026 and noticing the fact that his wife had to undergo a surgery as she was suffering from disc-prolapse, he was granted interim bail for a period of three weeks. 3. The applicant was released on interim bail on 07.07.2026. 4. Such period is expiring tomorrow. 5. It is submitted that operation has already taken place on 13th instant and, in order to ensure complete post-surgery rehabilitation of his wife, the extension is being sought for a period of six weeks. 6. The applicant is present in Court and submits that his wife has already been discharged. The discharge summary, issued by the concerned Hospital i.e. Novacare Hospital, has been placed on record which indicates that the Anmol Rana (wife of the applicant) was admitted in the abovesaid hospital on 12.07.2026 and was operated upon on 13.07.2026. 7. Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, and medical documents placed on record, the application is partly allowed and the This is a digitally signed order.
