This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Bilasipara P.S. Case

Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge-sheet No. 241/26 dated 28.07.2026. The learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that liberty should be given to him to seek for appropriate relief before the jurisdictional Court. In view of the aforesaid, the instant Anticipatory Bail application is
disposed of with liberty to the accused applicant to approach the appropriate Court, if so advised.
