The petitioner apprehends that her objections with regard to survey of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition conducted by the 2nd respondent may not be considered by the 2nd respondent before completing the survey and demarcation of the boundaries. 2.Since the objection has been raised by the petitioner along with the supporting documents, necessarily, the 2nd respondent will have to consider the petitioner’s objections raised through the petitioner’s objection letter dated 23.03.2026 and only thereafter, complete the survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the request made by the 4th respondent.
