The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.I.D. P.S. Case No. 08/2024. It has been alleged that the two unknown miscreants had entered into the office of the informant and threatened him to stop work at the site. The miscreants had taken away the mobile of the informant and threatened by firing in the air. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had been implicated on the confession of co-accused Milan Turi. Learned counsel submits that one of the co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 2508 of 2026. It has further been submitted that the petitioner was in Hazaribagh Jail at the time of the incident and at present he is in custody in the present case since 10.03.2026. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has got 14 criminal antecedents, but in most of the cases either he has been acquitted or he is on bail. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication on the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XVIII, cum Spl.
