Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Earlier the bail application of the has been rejected twice vide orders dated 03.10.2024 and 04.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69773/2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 34307/2025 respectively. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2024 and in the trial, charges have been framed. 5. Considering the fact that in the trial, charges have been framed and no fresh ground for review is made out, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
