JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT) The petitioner is before this Court aggrieved by the non-grant of stay of the order of suspension by the Tribunal vide order dated 28.02.2025 in Application No.765/2025. This Court, by order dated 06.03.2025, had granted interim order as prayed for. 2. Heard learned counsel Sri.Satish K., for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General Sri. Reuben Jacob along with learned Additional Government Advocate Sri. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11671-DB WP No. 6521 of 2025 Vikas Rojipura for the respondent. Perused the entire writ petition papers. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner had reported to duty as District Registrar, Ramanagara District, Ramanagara. The petitioner filed I.A. No.2/2025 along with the show cause notice dated 22.04.2025 issued to her, seeking stay of the said show cause notice. A reading of the show cause notice dated 22.04.2025 indicates that the petitioner was asked to show cause as why the petitioner had reported to duty by virtue of the interim order without seeking re-posting from the competent authority. This Court by order dated 11.02.2026, issued show cause notice to the Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue (Stamps and Registration) to explain as to why action shall not be initiated for contempt of interim order dated 06.03.2025. In pursuance of the said order, Sri. Munish Moudgil, the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Revenue (DM and Stamp and Registration) has filed affidavit dated 23.02.2026 explaining the circumstances under which show cause notice was issued. In the affidavit, it is stated that there was no intention to undermine or in any way violate the orders of this Court, however as the petitioner violated circulars of the State, State was constrained to issue show cause notice. Further, it is stated that he has always ensured strict and faithful compliance with the judicial directions in letter and in spirit. 4. Learned counsels appearing for the parties would inform this Court that the main matter before the Tribunal is already heard and the application is said to have been disposed of with a direction to the State to revoke the order of suspension.
