Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 42 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant who works as a caretaker and loader of coal on behalf of several companies was at the receiving end of a demand of levy from an extremist organization. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on suspicion as well as on a self- confession. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2026 and several co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.2568 of 2026, B.A. No.8842 of 2025 and B.A. No.7897 of 2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S.
