The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 315 of 2025. It has been alleged that when the staffs of petrol pump refused to give petrol to some persons who were not wearing helmets, they had misbehaved with the staffs and snatched a bag containing cash. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion and neither there is any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor any TIP has been held. It appears that the petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad P.S.
