GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 4 The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is seeking release of the financial assistance of the 3rd and 4th installments of 23,34,594 (Twenty-three lakh thirty-four thousand five hundred ninety-four and flight tickets charges of Rs.41,239/- (Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Nine) to the assistance of 2nd petitioner Guduru prudhvinath to study his Master Of Operations Research and Industrial Engineering' at University of Texas at Austin university, in USA under the scheme of 'jagananna Videshi Vidya Deevena' vide Application ID No. 2023002746. 2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have not rejected or cancelled the petitioners’ benefit under the Scheme. He further submits that the amount pending will be released subject to the availability of necessary funds. 3. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify and release the amounts sanctioned to the petitioners under the said scheme within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
