The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent-MCD to take action in respect of the petitioner’s complaint dated 19th March, 2026 against the unauthorised extension and illegal construction at Flat No. 205, Third Floor, Rose Apartment, Sector-18-B, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 (‘subject property’). 2. It is contention of the petitioner that the respondent no.3 has unauthorisedly extended construction over the third floor. 3. The unauthorised construction was booked by the MCD on 24th October, 2025 and a show cause notice was issued. 4. Counsel appearing on behalf of the MCD submits that demolition This is a digitally signed order. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the complaint dated 13th September, 2025, along with a photograph (pages 45 and 46) of the writ petition have wrongly been uploaded in the portal of the MCD as the same is not the petitioner’s complaint nor is the photograph of the subject property. 5.1 MCD shall verify the same and take appropriate corrective measures. 6. The present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent- MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 7. All rights and contentions of respondent no.3 are kept open.
