By filing this interlocutory application, it is submitted that the respondent No.6 in the connected writ petition i.e. WP(C)/6856/2025 is the Superintendent of Police (B) Biswanath. But in the order dated 05.12.2025 passed in WP(C)/6856/2025, a typographical error has crept in paragraph Nos. 6, 7 and 8, wherein instead of Superintendent of Police (B), Biswanath there is a mention of Page No.# 3/3 Superintendent of Police (B), Sonitpur, Tezpur. Accordingly, it is submitted that the applicant could not take bail. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the State and Departmental Counsel, this application stands allowed. The authority, Superintendent of Police (B), Sonitpur, Tezpur as contained in paragraph Nos. 6, 7, and 8 of the order dated 05.12 2025 passed in WP(C)/6856/2025 shall now be read as Superintendent of Police (B), Biswanath. 4. The Superintendent of Police (B), Biswanath shall grant bail to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 05.12.2025 in the event the applicant namely, Abeda Khatun appears before the said authority within an extended time of 10 days from the date of this order and complies with the directions contained in the said order. 5.
