Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have completed the works sought by the petitioner and, therefore, the cause does not survives for consideration in the Writ Petition. 3. Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
