The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No.88 of 2025 arising out of Jarmundi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025. Earlier the petitioner had moved for grant of bail in B.A. No.5861 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.07.2025. Subsequent thereto, the petitioner has again moved for grant of bail in B.A. No.7887 of 2025 which was rejected vide order dated 15.09.2025 and thereafter in B.A. No.10856 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 28.11.2025. The allegation reveals that the mobile of the informant was stolen and was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Though the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the period of custody which is since 04.04.2025, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dumka in connection with S.T.
