Chetia, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1-5. 2. This is an application praying for impleadment of the Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industries and Internal Trade having its Office at: DBA-II NER Section, Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi-110011, Ph. No. 01123038989 and the Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industries and Internal Trade having its office at: DBA-II NER Section, Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi- 110011, Ph. No. 01123038989 as party respondent Nos. 8 & 9 to the writ petition, since the parties to the writ petition are already before this Court and have appeared in this I.A also, the I.A has been taken up for disposal. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit-in- opposition filed by the respondent authorities, it has become apparent that the Union of India, represented by the appropriate authorities, and its instrumentality would be necessary parties to the present litigation. 4. The prayer for impleadment of the Union of India and the Under Secretary of the Government of India as party respondents Nos. 8 & 9 is allowed. They Page No.# 4/4 shall be impleaded as respondent Nos. 8 & 9 in the writ petition, with the description given of them in the interlocutory application. 5. Accordingly, the I.A stands disposed of.
