Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 22.06.2026, issued by Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 171001 and copy of order dated 29.05.2026, issued by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elem), Bilaspur, Distt. Bilaspur, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid order dated 29.05.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay stage of Rs.40,100/- after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 03.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.18925 of 2025, titled, Rakesh Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
