It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his application under Rule 7 of the Odisha Timber and Other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980 is pending before opposite party no.2 since 28th July, 2025. 3. Considering such limited prayer of the petitioner the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Divisional Forest Officer, Kalahandi (O.P. No.2) to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 4.
