Roychoudhury, learned Counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R. K. Devchoudhury, learned Standing Counsel, NCB. 2. Mr. Roychoudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in this case Police has filed the Charge-sheet on 27.01.2026 before the learned Special Judge, West Jaintia Hills, Jowai. Page No.# 2/2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that he is on interim bail and he may be given some opportunity to surrender before the Trial Court. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to that effect. Therefore, the prayer is allowed. 5. The petitioners Rahul Amin and Abdul Hamid are directed to appear before the Trial Court at Jowai within a period of next 15 (fifteen) days from today and on their appearance, the Trial Court shall consider their bail application in accordance with the procedure as laid down by law. 6.
