CMP NO.13783 of 2026 Learned Additional Advocate General has produced copy of communication dated 25.06.2026 and office order dated 24.06.2026 (wrongly mentioned as 24.06.2024) passed by the Executive Engineer, Jaisinghpur Division, HPPWD Jaisinghpur, which are taken on record. A perusal of office order dated 24.06.2026 reveals that pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed in the pay scale of Rs.18000-56900 as on 30.11.2021 (DOR). Since the respondents have now complied with the mandate contained in the judgment and the execution petition No.2231 of 2025 was disposed of on 12.11.2025, the application for revival of the execution petition is rendered infructuous and same is accordingly dismissed. However, in case the benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today in terms of office order dated 24.06.2026, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
