This application has been directed against the judgment dated 19.11.2025 passed in Criminal (Juvenile) Appeal No. 64 of 2025 by the learned Special Judge, Child Act Cases cum Additional Sessions Judge I, Chatra whereby and whereunder the order dated 31.10.2025 passed in M.C.A. Case No. 1442 of 2025 arising out of Pathalgadda P. S. Case No. 30 of 2025 by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Chatra rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been affirmed. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the house from where commercial quantity of Opium was recovered belongs to Harish Dangi. He has further submitted that one of the named accused namely, Sonu Kumar Yadav has been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 9551 of 2025. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in observation home since 24.07.2025. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears from the allegations that one Sonu Kumar Yadav was apprehended and from his possession small quantity of Opium was recovered and on the basis of his confession, a raid was conducted in the house of Harish Dangi, but though Harish Dangi was not present, but -2- the petitioner was present there and on search 3 kg. of Opium was recovered. Regard being had to the above, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail and accordingly, this revision application stands dismissed at this stage. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J) 7th May 2026 R.
