1. The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking recall of the order dated 07.04.2026, passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13161/2023 (Hansraj v. State of Rajasthan & Anr.), whereunder the writ petition was closed.
2. On the said date, i.e. 07.04.2026, a representation was made by learned counsel for the respondent that there was no oral termination and the petitioner was continuing in service and was being regularly paid the wages.
3. This Court, by order dated 07.04.2026, recorded the said submission and the writ petition was closed.
4. The present application has been filed seeking recall of the
order dated 07.04.2026, alleging that the petitioner has not been

Learned counsel for the respondents has produced the statement of the bank account of the placement agency, through which the petitioner was engaged; the said bank account statement reflects the deposit of a certain amount by the respondents.
6. When the respondents are denying that there was any oral termination as claimed by the petitioner and have also produced evidence to the effect that an amount has been deposited by them, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that no amount was deposited cannot be accepted. If the petitioner has any grievance, he can approach the Labour Court with regard to the non-payment of wages.
7. In the result, with the observations made foregoing, the present application is disposed of.
