NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 30.09.2025 and direct them to reinstate the petitioner to the post of Attender in the said Panchayat, which is produced at Annexure-A.” 2. The petitioner was working as an Attender in the Muddinakoppa Grama Panchayat. He submitted his resignation on 30.12.2024, vide Annexure-E. Thereafter, he filed a representation dated 20.01.2025, vide Annexure-F, seeking withdrawal of the resignation letter. Since his representation dated 20.01.2025 was not considered, he submitted another representation on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10042 WP No. 31555 of 2025 30.09.2025, vide Annexure-A. As the representations have not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, if this Court grants reasonable time, the petitioner’s representations will be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are directed to consider the petitioner’s representations in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
