HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 18653 of 2026 Court No. - 49 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J.
HON'BLE DIVESH CHANDRA SAMANT, J. After some arguments, Shri Mrityunjay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not wish to press the relief for quashing of the FIR in the writ petition. The relief for quashing of the FIR is accordingly declined. Learned counsel for the petitioners recasts his relief and prays that the petitioners may be granted leave to approach the competent court for anticipatory bail and for seeking appropriate remedies available with him under law. Learned AGA does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer. The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it is always open to the petitioners to avail other legal remedies as may be advised.
