Petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the transfer order passed against her on 16.10.2024. Registry had pointed out certain defects, but, those defects have not been cured so far despite several opportunities. 4. Petitioner was transferred from one place to another. She made representation against her transfer, which was rejected vide order dated 16.10.2024. 5. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner, therefore, learned State Counsel is right in submitting that petitioner must have joined at the transferred place. Even otherwise also, law is well settled that judicial interference in order of transfer, passed in respect of a Government servant, has to be minimal. Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher in a Government School. As per her conditions of service, she is transferable anywhere within the region. Petitioner’s transfer was made strictly as per conditions of her service. There is no allegation of malice or ill-will against any person. No legally sustainable ground has been raised in the writ petition, which may warrant interference with the transfer order. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
