Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently he has done an error in paragraph no.1 of this application by way of providing wrong Court’s name, where, the case is pending. He further submits that inadvertently he has stated in paragraph no.1 of this application that the case is pending before the learned Spl. Judge, POCSO cum A.S.J.-I cum FTC (CAW), Garhwa. He submits that however in light of the certified copy of the FIR, the case is pending before the learned C.J.M., Garhwa. On these grounds, he submits that the order dated 11.05.2026 may kindly be modified. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State accepts the said submission. 4. Considering that the certified copy of FIR is annexed at page 19 of this application, which suggests that the case is pending before the learned C.J.M., Garhwa, however, learned Court’s name has been wrongly typed in paragraph no.1 of this application as the learned Spl. Judge, POCSO cum A.S.J.-I cum FTC (CAW), Garhwa and in that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the learned Court’s name, in course of the day. Consequently, order no.03, dated 11.05.2026 is modified to the effect that the case is pending before the Court of learned C.J.M., Garhwa in place of learned Spl. Judge, POCSO cum A.S.J.-I cum FTC (CAW), Garhwa. 6. The order no.03, dated 11.05.2026 is modified to the above effect. 7.
