Chaudhury, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that at the time of disposal of WP(C) No.407/2022 by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 27.01.2022, the appellant was not heard. As such, the impugned order dated 27.01.2022 should be set aside and the matter should be remanded back to the learned Single Judge for disposal, after hearing the appellant. Page No.# 4/5 2. Mr. R.K.D. Choudhury, learned Dy. SGI appearing for the respondent No.2 submits that the impugned order dated 27.01.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.407/2022 had only directed the writ petitioner therein, who is the brother of the appellant herein, to file a representation with regard to his grievance regarding the operation of the gun manufacturing license in the name and style of M/s Indian National Arms Company situated at H.M. Das Road, Rehabari, Guwahati, before the respondent authority in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. On receipt of the said representation submitted by the petitioner therein, i.e, one Shekhar Kishore Kanoo, who has apparently expired, the representation was to be decided within a period of 60 days. 3. The learned Dy. SGI submits that Shri Shekhar Kishore Kanoo submitted a representation in pursuance to the impugned order dated 27.01.2022 passed in WP(C) No.407/2022 and the same had been rejected by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. As such, there is nothing to decide in the present writ appeal. 4. We have heard the learned counsels for the parties. 5. The learned Single Judge vide order dated 27.01.2022 passed in WP(C) No.407/2022 had disposed of the writ petition, by directing the writ petitioner therein, i.e, Shekhar Kishore Kanoo to submit a representation before the authority in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, with regard to his grievance in the writ petition and the same was to be decided by the said authority. 6. As the learned Dy. SGI has submitted that the representation of Shri Shekhar Kishore Kanoo has been rejected by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Page No.# 5/5 Government of India, there is nothing to decide in the present writ appeal. 7.
