Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "(i.) issue an appropriate order, or direction the the court of Additional Session Judge-6/Special Judge POCSO Act-II, Jaunpur to decide the application filed under Section 358 B.N.S.S. (319 of Cr. P.C.) in S.S.T. No. 186 of 2019 (State Versus Dharmendra alias Kalloo and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 385 of 2018 under Section 363, 366, 342, 368 I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act P.S. Mariyahu, District Jaunpur within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the applicant is victim and has moved an application under Section 358 B.N.S.S. (319 of Cr. P.C.) in S.S.T. No. 186 of 2019 (State Versus Dharmendra alias Kalloo and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 385 of 2018 under Sections 363, 366, 342, 368 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act P.S. Mariyahu, District Jaunpur. The same is pending consideration and as such, a direction be issued to the court concerned to conclude the same in a time bound manner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Session Judge-6/Special Judge POCSO Act-II, Jaunpur to decide the application under Section 358 B.N.S.S. (319 of Cr. P.C.) in S.S.T. No. 186 of 2019 (State Versus Dharmendra alias Kalloo and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 385 of 2018 under Sections 363, 366, 342, 368 I.P.C.
