Ms. Komal Chaudhary, Advocate, for respondent No.6 CMP No.4352 of 2026 Ms. Komal Chaudhary, learned counsel representing respondent No.6 has produced a copy of pension payment order, issued by the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the pension payment order reveals that date of start of pension of the petitioner is 1st of April 2023. Since respondent No.6 has now issued the pension payment order, respondents No.1 to 5 are directed to ensure that the arrears of the pension are released in favour of the petitioner and further the pension is also paid to her regularly. 3. Since respondent No.6 has now issued pension payment order, let the arrears be released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today. In case, the arrears are not released within eight weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application seeking revival of the execution petition.
