Case No. 18/2026 under Sections 61/303(2)/ 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 read with Sections 9/39/44/49B/51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972. It is submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case. The petitioner was granted interim bail vide Order dated 24.08.2026. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and the fact that the investigation has been completed, the prayer for bail is allowed.
