It is submitted that the petitioner has deposited the amount as directed by Page No.# 2/2 this Court before the learned Family Court on 12.03.2026 and hence, prayer has been made for restoring the interim order dated 03.01.2025 by which the operation of the impugned judgment was stayed. It may be stated that the said interim order was vacated by order dated 12.11.2025 due to non deposit of the amount. In view of the fact that the amount has already been deposited and since the learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection, the interim order dated 03.01.2025 is hereby restored and the I.A. stands disposed of.
