The petitioner preferred the instant MCC for modification of the order dated 12.06.2025 passed in MCC No. 533 of 2025, which has been filed for modification of para 1 of the order dated 23.4.2025 passed in WPS No.2710 of 2025. (a) Learned Senior Counsel submits that by the previous MCC No. 533 of 2025, order dated 23.04.2025 passed in WPS No.2710 of 2025 was sought to be corrected wherein in para 1, retiral benefits like “gratuity, P.F. e.t.c.” has been typed out instead of “time bound pay scale” and sought correction of the order. He would submit that the said MCC was allowed on the instance of the petitioner to the following extent : “The petitioner has attained the age of superannuation on the last serving post of Executive Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Champa on 31/03/2023. The petitioner has made a representation before the respondent authorities for getting the service benefits like time bound pay scale.” The present MCC has been filed again with the contention that in the earlier order of MCC the word ‘gratuity” has been omitted though the same is still to be released in favour of the petitioner and prays that the word “gratuity” along with ‘time bound pay scale’ is to be added. 3. On due consideration, para 3 of the order dated 12-06-2025 passed in MCC No.533 of 2025 is modified as under : “The petitioner has attained the age of superannuation on the last serving post of Executive Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Champa on 31/03/2023. The petitioner has made a representation before the respondent authorities for getting the service benefits like gratuity and time bound pay scale.” 4. The other part of the order passed in MCC No.533 of 2025 shall 3 / 3 remain unaltered. 5. With the aforesaid modifications, the instant MCC stands disposed of. 6. Copy of this order be placed in the record of MCC No.533 of 2025 and WPS No. 2710 of 2025 and further it be read along with the order dated 23/04/2025 passed in the said writ petition.
