Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, in similar facts and circumstances, a Coordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) No. 1140/2026, vide order/judgment dated 20.05.2026, has already dismissed the petition in limine. However, the respondent-University was directed to releasethe amounts deposited by the petitioner in his favour strictly in accordance with law. The petitioner does not seek such relief in the present writ petition. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner further fairly submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order/judgment dated 20.05.2026 passed in WP(C) No. 1140/2026. However, learned counsel further submits that he is in the process of challenging the aforesaid order before the Hon’ble Division Bench. 03. In view of the aforesaid judgment/order passed by the Coordinate Bench which squarely applies to the facts and circumstances of the instant petition,a copy whereof is provided to this Court by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition shall also stand 07 Regular dismissed in limine.
