Sinha, Advocate ---- 03/13.05.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamtara P.S. Case No.73 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Section 309(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has nothing to do with the crime of snatching the amount of Rs.82,000/-, Rs.15,000/- and Rs.97,000/-. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner is accomplice of one Riyazuddin 2026:JHHC:14766 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1191 of 2026 Ansari, who has confessed that this petitioner committed robbery of Rs.97,000/- along with him. He further submits that even the petitioner is having criminal antecedent. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. The allegations are there against the petitioner of committing robbery and the name of the petitioner has been taken by one Riyazuddin Ansari, who has committed the crime and the petitioner is also having criminal antecedent. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
