The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-MCD to stop unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no.2 at property bearing no. A-2/23, Model Town, Part-II, Delhi – 110009. (‘subject property’). Photographs have been filed to show how the construction is causing damage to the petitioner’s property. 3. It is stated that the petitioner is an immediate neighbour and the subject property is adjacent to the petitioner’s property. 4. Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent-MCD on advance notice This is a digitally signed order. A copy of the show cause notice has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record. 6. A copy of the show cause notice has also been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. 7. Taking notice of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent-MCD to take action in accordance with law. 8. MCD shall ensure that till the time the show cause notice is adjudicated, no unauthorized construction is permitted to be carried out in the subject property. 9.
