Learned counsel for opposite party No.2 contended that the present application has been filed with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 27.10.2018, cognizance order dated 12.11.2018 and entire proceeding of Case No.54090 of 2018 (State Vs. Piyush Gulla & Otehrs), arising out of Case Crime No.0122 of 2018, under Sections 498A, 323, 313 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. of Act, P.S. Nazirabad, District Kanpur Nagar. However, the applicants earlier filed an Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. No.9423 of 2020 seeking similar relief, which is still pending before this Court. Therefore, the present application is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants sought an adjournment, stating that learned Senior Counsel is not available. 4. List on 12.11.2026. 5.
