The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed Crl.P.39(K)2025, seeking quashing and setting aside of the orders, dated 20.05.2024, 27.06.2024, 25.02.2025, 10.04.2025, 28.05.2025, 24.06.2025, 29.08.2025, and 10.10.2025 passed in P.R. C. Case No. 01/2024, by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Tuensang, Nagaland. 3. The learned counsel submits that inadvertently, the informant was not impleaded as party respondent in the said criminal petition. 4. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant seeks impleadment of the informant/complainant as respondent No. 2 in the above-noted criminal petition as a necessary party and in terms of this Court’s order, dated 20.11.2025. 5. Prayer is allowed. Page No.# 3/3 6. Accordingly, Shri Loyem i.e. the complainant of P.R.C. Case No. 01/2024, is hereby impleaded as respondent No. 2 in Crl.P. 39(K)2025. 7.
