Pursuant to the service being effected, the victim appears in person. Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and refers to the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS. Having considered the overall circumstances, at this stage, it may not be possible for this court to accede to the prayers advanced in the bail application. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. The petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over. It has been informed to this court that charges have been framed and schedule has been fixed. The learned trial court will give priority to the evidence of the victim. Accordingly, CRM(M) 2418 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
