JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is assailing the election results dated 23.02.2026 published by the respondent No.4 for the post of Directors of respondent No.2-Society (Annexure-E) and also challenging the Calendar of Events dated 24.02.2026 published by the respondent No.4 for the posts of President and Vice President of respondent No.2-Society (Annexure-F). It is also prayed to direct the respondent No.4 to recount the votes by including the votes of the petitioners and to declare the election results in terms of the order dated 19.12.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38510/2025 (Annexure-C). 2. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, particularly as to the grounds covered in the petition, I am of the view - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12951 WP No. 7174 of 2026 that, at this stage, as the Calendar of Events has been issued for conducting the election for the posts of President and Vice President of respondent No.2-Society and elections were held as such, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this Writ Petition. 3. If the petitioners are being aggrieved as to the recounting of the votes is concerned, it is open for the petitioners to challenge the same by way of filing Election Petition before the appropriate authority. 4.
