The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.10.2024, passed in B.A. No.7088 of 2024. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 18.10.2024, bail was granted by this Court with one of the conditions that “this applicant will report once in a month before the concerned police station, till the conclusion of the trial”. The petitioner is regularly attending to the concerned police station once in a month as well as in the trial court. 3. Further, it has been submitted that the petitioner works as a loader in tractor for his livelihood having one minor daughter and as such, he is facing difficulty in attending the concerned police station. Accordingly, prayer has been made that the petitioner may be exempted from attending the concerned police station. 4. Considering the stage of trial, the order dated 18.10.2024 is modified to the extent that “the applicant is exempted from attending the concerned police station once in a month”. 5.
