When specific question was posed to the counsel for the petitioner in respect of contention made by learned counsel for respondent No. 4, as to whether the petitioner has received the amount of compensation deposited by respondent No. 4 before respondent No. 3 to the tune of Rs.9,80,000/- and Rs. 16,87,120/-, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that some amount has been received by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also informed the Court that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 16 (3) of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 for resolving the dispute with regard to quantum of compensation, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion arises. 3. Counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. However, the petitioner may file application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by respondent No. 4 before respondent No. 3.
