Heard Smt.Vasudha Dixit for Sri.Rahamathulla Kothwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate Sri.K.R.Rajendra for respondents. Perused the entire writ petition papers. 3. Petitioner was before the Tribunal questioning the revised selection list dated 30.01.2021 insofar as it concerned Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes. The averments in the writ petition would indicate that the said revised list was in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 21.07.2016 in W.P.No.27674/2012. The application before the Tribunal is of the year 2021. The same is pending consideration according to the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court has not granted interim order when it had came up before the Court on 19.09.2022 and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7584-DB WP No. 24556 of 2021 the same was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. At this length of time, the petitioner would not be entitled for the interim relief. All contentions of the petitioners are kept open. 5. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
