The learned Single Judge in the Impugned Order has left it open to Respondent No.3 / Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) to consider the grievance of the Appellant as to whether the Appellant is entitled to appropriate remuneration. 8. In the aforesaid view of the matter, we dispose of the present Appeal by directing the Respondent No.3 / MCD to consider the grievance of the Appellant and to take an appropriate decision thereon within a period of two months from today without being influenced by the observations made in Paragraph No.4 of the Impugned Order. 9. The decision to be taken under this order shall be immediately communicated to the Appellant. 10. With the aforesaid modification in the Impugned Order dated 15.04.2026, the Appeal stands disposed of.
