It appears that the medical board has opined that the petitioner is not eligible for transfer in September, 2022. 3. It appears that no formal communication of rejection of the petitioner’s prayer for transfer has been made. 4. The petitioner presses for transfer. More than three years have elapsed from the last date of checkup of the petitioner by the medical board. 5. The District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education) is, accordingly, directed to conduct fresh medical checkup of the petitioner in accordance with the prevailing transfer rules. 2 6. If the medical board does not opine in favour of the petitioner, then the same shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. If the medical board opines in favour of the petitioner, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of. 8.
