Learned counsel appearing for the parties, therefore, are at consensus that while making same arrangement, the Court may consider disposing of these petitions. It, however, be noted that in paragraph 2 of the said order, instead of word ‘prosecution’ it should be written as ‘defence’. The said position is taken on record. The said order be read accordingly. 5. Under the peculiar circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner to produce all defence witnesses on 01.08.2026. If there is any official witness who has to appear on summon, let summons be issued for his appearance for a shortest possible date. Let the date be fixed by the concerned Court. 6. The petitioner to ensure that the official witness is present on the next date of hearing. 7. In any case, the defence evidence be concluded on 01.08.2026 or on the next date therefrom. Thereafter, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the hearing of the cases within a period of four months from the date of conclusion of defence evidence. 8. The parties undertake that they shall fully cooperate with the early completion of trial. 9. With the above directions, the petitions stand disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
