1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s):-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records from the respondent authorities pertaining to the petitioner case. 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus quashing the impugned orders dated 25.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) as being illegal, arbitrary, mala fide, and violative of Articles 14, 21, and 21A of the Constitution of India, as well as the principles of natural justice; 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue in their respective posts as pre- primary teachers in the SAGES school at Berla, District Bemetara, until the pre-primary classes cease to exist or valid grounds for termination are established after due process; 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to ensure regular and timely payment of future salaries to the petitioners as long as they continue to discharge their duties, sourcing funds from available budgets; 10.5 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to award costs of the petition in favour of the petitioners and further be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this writ petition, the impugned order dated 25.10.2025 (Annexure P/1) has been recalled and therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage. 3.
