The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sindri P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025, registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109(1), 76, 324(4), 333, 352, 351 (2) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between both the sides and they have indulged in free fighting, for that, F.I.R. has been lodged and the entire family members have been made accused. He also submits that the injury was found to be simple. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits --2-- that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that there is case and counter case between both the sides and the entire family members have been made accused and injury is said to be simple, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Sindri P.S.
