By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: “a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ(s)quashing the Impugned LOC dated [Nil] (copy unavailable) issued by Respondent No.2 at the behest of Respondent No.3; b) Direct the Respondent Nos.l to 3 to withdraw any travel restrictions that have been imposed on the Petitioner...” 4.
